Matrox Congratulates MXO2 MAX User, Rob Legato, On His 2012 Academy Award Nomination in Visual Effects

Robert Legato has been nominated for the 2012 Academy Awards in the Visual Effects category for his latest work on the movie Hugo. This is his third Academy Award nomination. In 1997 he won the visual effects award for Titanic and in 1995 he was nominated for Apollo 13. He has a long list of Video Effects and Second Unit Director credits to his name including, Shutter Island, Avatar, The Departed, The Aviator, and many more.
